A Note From NY: Our New Favorite Summer Rooftop

 

Welcome to Lemon's, a summer pop-up bar inspired by the sun-kissed shores of Italy. Located at the top of the Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg, this Mediterranean inspired venue features floor to ceiling views of the Manhattan skyline and a breezy outdoor terrace that transports you from Brooklyn to the coast. Melissa from team SS NYC was recently invited to celebrate the launch of this pop-up and the start of a summer of sunshine. I mean, we're not ones to turn down an alfresco cocktail party, that's for sure! 

We absolutely loved the tropical yellow wallpaper, creamsicle colored sofas and of course, the rattan hanging pendants!

 The bright decor carried over in the signature cocktails inspired by Italian apertifs. 

 

Melissa's favorite was the Capri, Son --

(tequila, grapefruit, calamansi, sparkling wine & honey!)

The light bites also sought to capture a taste of socializing in Italy. Snacks like salumi, olives, and stracciatella with oil and bread are staples on their bar menu!

And what's a party without a DJ? We had to request Hey Ma by Cam'Ron -- it's a classic!
