Peak Season Information

Now in peak shipping season, carriers will experience high demand and increased volumes of freight. Standard shipping lead times are expected to be elongated until the end of the year. As we ship through third-party carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you’re purchasing for a particular occasion or as a gift, we recommend ordering substantially in advance to ensure a shipping delay doesn’t interfere with your plans. We ask for your patience and understanding, as instances such as driver shortages, increased damage rates and elongated lead times are out of our control. Shipping Method Information

To locate the shipping method of your product please reference the individual product page. All orders will ship via third party carriers. As carriers control their own routes and schedules, shipping lead times will vary. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery information included.

USPS

Fabric swatches ship via USPS First Class and typically arrive within 7-10 business days of order receipt. This shipping method does not include tracking.

FedEx & UPS

Smaller items will ship via FedEx, FedEx Oversize, or UPS. Please note, a signature may be required upon delivery. Transit lead time is typically a few business days. A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

White Glove Delivery

Items shipping via White Glove Delivery will be brought into your home, placed in the room of your choice, unpacked and all packaging will be removed. As this is a specialized service, transit lead times are longer than a ground carrier (ex. FedEx). A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Prior to delivery, you will receive a phone call from the delivery team to coordinate your delivery date + time window. The delivery will not be carried out unless the date has been confirmed by you. Please note, if you miss your confirmed and scheduled delivery, you will be responsible for a redelivery fee which is set by the delivery company. Please fully inspect your order while the delivery team is present and make a note of any freight damages on their paperwork. If we are not notified of damages within 24 hours and if it is not noted on the paperwork with the delivery team present, we will not be able to honor a claim.

Threshold Delivery

Items shipping via Threshold Delivery service will be delivered to the first dry area of your home. Your order will remain packaged. As this is a specialized service, transit lead times are longer than a ground carrier (ex. FedEx). A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note, depending on the size of the item/order, this service may require a scheduled delivery appointment as well as for someone to be home to accept the delivery. Please note, if a delivery appointment is needed and you miss your scheduled delivery, you will be responsible for a redelivery fee which is set by the delivery company. Please fully inspect your order and report any damage to us within 24 hours, otherwise we will not be able to honor a claim.

Expedited Delivery

Due to the significant increases in freight volume and nationwide driver shortages, we are unable to expedite the shipping or delivery of orders.

Damages

At Society Social, we make it our personal goal to only deliver the best in quality, design, and craftsmanship. Your custom Society Social is inspected at each stage of production and must pass a final inspection before we release it for shipping. Although rare, transit damage can occur. Please be sure to follow the below steps:

For FedEx, UPS, or Threshold Deliveries

Please make sure to inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damages within 24 hours. Please take photos of the damaged product as well as the box and email our team for review. Please hold on to all packaging. Our team will be in touch asap with next steps.

For White Glove Deliveries

Please fully inspect your order while the delivery team is present and make a note of any freight damages on the delivery paperwork. Even if the delivery team takes photos and advises they will notify us, we ask that you also take photos of the damaged product as well as the box and email our team for review. If we are not notified within 24 hours and if damages are not noted on the paperwork, a claim will not be honored.

Returns

To determine if your product is eligible for a return, please reference the individual product page. If an item is eligible for a return, please note you will be responsible for the return shipping charges, the outbound shipping charges and a restocking fee.
