These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.shopsocietysocial.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Society Social, Inc. (“Society Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
-
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

Use automated tools (bots, scraping tools, etc.) to access or collect information from the Site
-

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site if these Terms are violated.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Orders, Pricing, and Availability
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Society Social. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right to:
-
Accept or decline any order for any reason.
-
Limit quantities purchased
-
Correct pricing or product description errors
-
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers. These promotions may be subject to additional terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated and may be limited to one per customer.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.
Availability of merchandise may change or products may be discontinued without notice.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are custom, made-to-order, or produced based on specifications selected at the time of purchase.
If a cancellation request is submitted after production has begun, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred, including but not limited to:
-
materials
-
labor
-
production costs
-
shipping or return freight
-
restocking or administrative fees
All cancellation and return eligibility is described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Order Changes
Because many of our products are made to order, requests to change an order must be submitted as soon as possible (generally within 12 hours of purchase).
Once an order has entered production or shipment preparation, changes may not be possible. When changes can be accommodated, additional charges may apply depending on production or labor requirements.
Shipping, Delivery, and Re-Routing
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a shipment must be re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address (including missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers), the customer is responsible for any additional carrier fees.
Delivery Access Requirements: Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are accessible for the items purchased. This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Adequate doorway, hallway, and stair clearance
-
Functioning elevators (if applicable)
-
Safe access to delivery areas
If a delivery is delayed, refused, or cannot be completed due to insufficient access, the customer may be responsible for additional fees, including but not limited to:
-
Re-delivery charges
-
Additional labor or handling fees
-
Storage fees imposed by the carrier
Society Social is not liable for delays or costs arising from delivery access issues. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Damages and Claims
If a product arrives damaged, you must follow the instructions listed on our Shipping & Returns page.
To submit a damage claim:
-
Notify our team in writing within 24 hours of delivery
-
Provide photographs and documentation requested by our team
-
Retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved
Failure to retain packaging may affect eligibility for a claim.

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary due to:

photography lighting

environmental lighting
-
styling elements used in images
For the most accurate representation, we recommend ordering swatches or samples when available.
