What do you require to open a designer trade account?
Our designer trade program is reserved for active design professionals. We ask applicants to provide contact information, a link to their website or instagram showcasing their work, and a copy of their resale certificate.
Does my designer discount apply to all products on the website?
All furniture items are included in our designer trade program. Please note, gifts and accessories are not eligible for the trade discount. To verify if an item is eligible for the trade discount, simply log into your account and visit the product page. If an item is part of the trade program, discounted pricing will be shown.
Do you accept COM on upholstery orders?
Yes! We can't wait to bring your custom piece to life. Learn more about the COM process here.
Is commercial shipping available?
Commercial shipping is not available at this time. Our standard services include FedEx, UPS, Threshold, or White Glove Delivery Service based on the product selected. For the most accurate shipping method, please reference the individual product page.
Can you charge sales tax on my order?
We ask for a resale certificate during the application process to allow tax exemption status. If requested, sales tax can be charged with your account, however, sales tax can only be applied to orders shipping to the state of North Carolina.
Is there an order minimum?
Yes, in order to receive 20% off retail pricing, you must hit a $500 order minimum.
