One of our favorite tips when setting a holiday tablescape is to start with a tablecloth and ground the space with placemats. This helps compartmentalize each seating area, creating a roadmap for you to follow when it comes to styling. 

We then love to layer on dinner & appetizer plates as well as water & wine glasses so there's no need to get up in-between courses!
