Entertaining at Home: Thanksgiving Tablescape
Even though our gatherings may look a little bit different this year, celebrations are still in order! We're all about effortless entertaining at home and making memories with our loved ones. Here are a few of our festive fall favorites to inspire your Thanksgiving tablescape this year.
Layer it on! Set the table with Society Social, it's as easy as....
Start with your favorite festive tablecloth and ground the space with placemats. This helps compartmentalize each seating area, creating a roadmap for you to follow when it comes to styling.
Add in plates, silverware & drinkware. We love to layer on dinner & appetizer plates as well as water glasses and wine glasses so your guests have everything they need at the table! No need to get up in-between each course.
Next, add napkins to each setting complete with a napkin ring holder for a bit of polish. For holidays or special occasions, we like to use linen napkins as it instantly elevates the meal.
For added ambiance, incorporate tapers to your table! Not only do they offer a warm glow, their height instantly adds visual interest to your tablescape!
Last but not least, add in greenery! For fall, we're currently loving silver dollar and burnt orange eucalyptus. It makes for the perfect table runner when gently placed along the center of your tablescape. And when it comes to florals, more is more! We finished off our table with two small arrangements of gorgeous english roses..
