Do you have a store phone number?
We do not have a store phone number. Our customer care team is here to help Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm via email. You can contact our team at contact@shopsocietysocial.com. As a small business we do not currently have the manpower to provide 24/7 phone support and thus do not have a phone line. Our customer care team is here to ensure you're taken care of and all your questions are answered in a timely fashion.
Do you sell floor models?
We do not stock or mass produce our styles. Furniture items displayed at our flagship store are not available for purchase, unless included in a special sale event, which will always be announced on our Instagram.
Can I purchase fabric and wallpaper samples directly from the store?
We do offer limited quantities of our fabric and peel and stick wallpaper samples at our store and do our best to stay stocked at all times. For large quantities, we recommend ordering fabric samples here and wallpaper samples from our product pages for at-home use in your space.
