• This item will arrive via White Glove Delivery service which includes unpacking, removal of debris, and placement in room of choice

These variations are inherent characteristics of the material and add beautiful character to this piece. Claims and damages will not be considered for the aforementioned.
• Natural: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase 7 days after receipt of the order in its original packaging for the value of the merchandise. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, the full outbound shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee. A refund will be initiated upon the receipt of the merchandise as long as the item is still in new condition.
