Happy Hour // Aperol or Campari Spritz
Don't let the title confuse you... last week I was not on a gondola ride coasting through the Venice canals. Instead, I was on a NYC rooftop, dressed in all white (to close out the summer) drinking a Campari Spritz, the famous Italian aperitif alfresco. These effervescent drinks are the perfect partner for a few pre-dinner snacks and can be made with Aperol or Campari! Whereas the Aperol version is soft, the Campari concoction is bold and packs a punch! Here at Society Social, we believe you can't go wrong with either!

2oz of Prosecco
1oz Club soda
2oz Aperol/Campari
Pour ingredients into a highball glass topped with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange wedge!
