Meet Ashley

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Ashley moved to New York upon graduating from the University of Alabama. During her time in New York, Ashley worked diligently under the guidance of fashion icons Tory Burch, Giambattista Valli, and Emanuel Ungaro. In particular, it was her years at Tory Burch that taught Ashley how to integrate bright colors, geometric patterns, and detailed textures into furniture plans that maximized design elements in a single space.

In 2014, shortly after leaving New York and relocating to the Southeast, Ashley founded Ashley Shaw Design. Since then, her clients have taken her all over the East Coast. Ashley currently lives in Charlotte with her husband and three children.

For this living room makeover, Ashley selected our Monroe Tassel Sofa , a playful upholstery style featuring elegant sloping arms, beautiful pleated tufting, tassel trim, and an upgraded down-wrapped bench seat. Inspired by the alluring swivels of the 70s, the Stevie Swivel takes a flirty, curvaceous shape featuring a chic scalloped arm. Modern meets comfort in a casual yet stylish vibe.

Reaching back to the early 80s, the Society Social vintage collection features iconic pieces handpicked and reproduced from our design archives. One of our favorites from the collection is the Baytown End Table handcrafted of natural, sustainable rattan. It’s always refreshing to see our customers loving the reimagined pieces as much as we do!
