Social Planning: Halloween

 The playful air that comes along with Halloween makes it the opportune time to throw a cocktail party to remember. Here are some of the details that will set your fiesta apart from the rest.

Decorate: I just love when luminaries lead the way to the front door, and a tissue paper garland is an easy addition without being over the top.

Eat: Something about soft pretzels seems very October to me. They would be perfect made in miniature, and served with mustard. It obviously wouldn't be Halloween without candy, but you'll definitely set yourself apart from the crowd if you make your own! Peanut butter cups are my favorite.

Drink: Who knew that hollowed out pumpkins would make the perfect wine cooler? Two signature drinks for the evening take the form of a ginger- apple bourbon cocktail, and apple cider with champagne (with a pumpkin pie spiced rim!)
