When Three Brands Dock in Nantucket

The Power of Collaboration
We kicked things off with a morning panel on The Power of Collaboration alongside our favorite PB friends and creative partners, Sarah Wetenhall of The Colony Hotel and Nick Mele of Nick Mele Photography. Held at The White Elephant, we shared stories from our collaborations together, lessons, and a few laughs. In case you weren't there to take notes IRL, here are our top 12 tips.

We loved meeting so many of you - familiar faces, new friends, and curious travelers alike. You all brought your A-game to our lightning rounds of trivia (a la Colony style), and a few of you even left with high-stakes prizes!

Color, Pattern, and Paint Perfection
The celebrations didn't stop there. Opening night took us to The Nantucket Hotel where we toasted the new Lilly Cottages, a vibrant collaboration between Lilly Pulitzer, Lee Jofa, and Benjamin Moore.

Sunset Spritzes
We raised our glasses (with Lillet, of course!) to friend Melinda of The Vale London for the addition of her artfully layered textiles throughout the magical Ten Easy Street. You can read more about this sun-drenched garden fete celebration as featured in Business of Home.

Nantucket Diaries
We're still riding the wave from our unforgettable pop-up during Nantucket by Design. From custom furnishings to trivia-fueled fun, our panel and activation with The Colony Hotel and photographer Nick Mele was a celebration of collaboration, timeless design, and the charm of a well-set summer scene.

A Whaling Good Time
From there, we strolled through Nantucket's cobblestone streets to the Whaling Museum, where our pop-up with The Colony Hotel & Nick Mele beautifully came to life in the museum's side garden. Surrounded by maritime relics and summer's best energy, we debuted our custom furnishings - all dressed up in Schumacher Hospitality's iconic Citrus Garden and Ravello fabrics - alongside playful picks from our game room furniture collection in collaboration with Nick. The Colony's signature hand-painted De Gournay tents set the scene, while Nick's fine art photography added the perfect finishing touch.

Scroll for a peek inside our picture-perfect activation, complete with rosé in hand, lobster rolls on deck, PopUp bagels by the dozen, and just the right amount of competitive spirit.

This unique collaboration blends bold patterns, island charm, and colorful craftsmanship - from floral murals to custom textiles - offering a fresh, playful take on coastal luxury with a nod to both nostalgia and modern design. Do we think Nick got the shot?

The Afterglow
Then came the afterglow (literally). We celebrated "Humidity & Other Hazards" by Nick Mele, a new art exhibition featuring his works at Ten Easy Street!

We'll be B(ack)!
To this amazing design community: thank you! Your talent, energy, and joy made this trip unforgettable. And a huge kudos to NBD co-chairs, Marla Mullen and Bill Richards for bringing this design-packed week to life.
