Grasscloth like any natural material should be treated with care. Please wipe up spills in a timely manner avoiding harsh chemicals. Avoid placing in direct sunlight as natural grasscloth can fade and become more susceptible to damage over time. Additionally, grasscloth can feature variations in color and weave. These variations are inherent characteristics of our designs and add to the natural and beautiful character of each piece. Claims and damages will not be considered for the aforementioned.

SHIPPING

This console table typically carries a production lead time of approximately 2-3 (with up to 10 weeks for white glove delivery service)
Your order will be delivered via white glove delivery service starting at a flat rate of $180. Based on your distance from our factory, it could vary up to $350. Items shipping white glove will be brought into your home, placed into the room of your choice, unpacked, and packaging removed.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase 7 days after receipt of the order in its original packaging for the value of the merchandise. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, the full outbound shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee. A refund will be initiated upon the receipt of the merchandise as long as the item is still in new condition.
