  • Meticulously handcrafted of sustainable rattan featuring a handwoven back.
  • Chair joints are hand-wrapped with rattan peel for strength and texture.
  • We support COM on all upholstered furniture.

  • This chair is custom made-to-order and will ship from our NC factory in approximately 4-6 weeks. Once your order leaves, shipping can take approximately 2-4 weeks based on your location.
  • Due to the custom nature of this piece, this product is not returnable and can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Your order will arrive via White Glove Delivery which includes unpacking, removal of debris, and placement in room of choice.

  • As we offer a variety of fabric offerings for our custom upholstery collection, please reference the cleaning + care instructions found on the back of your fabric sample. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at contact@shopsocietysocial.com
  • Although we are heavy on performance fabrics, we do offer a few non-performance options. We highly recommend sourcing a fabric protector to keep your custom Society Social in it’s best shape! We’ve used Forcefield Fabric Protector with success as it makes basic linens + twills liquid resistant. With that said, we highly recommend testing the protector on a small portion of your piece as we cannot advise as to how it will react to all fabric offerings.
  • Our painted pieces are given two coats of VOC free, non-toxic, exterior and furniture grade paint. With that said, painted furniture is not indestructible-- accidents can happen in transit and at home with you.
  • A bottle of touch-up is sent out with each order to keep your piece looking fresh and at its best! 
  • As an environmentally friendly brand, we've intentionally chosen water-based painted finishes vs lacquered, oil-based finishes. Although lacquered finishes are known to be more durable, they are not only much more costly but also highly toxic and bad for the environment. Choosing water-based finishes is also what allows us to offer a wide range of colors while keeping prices accessible for what is traditionally a very high end category.
