White Glove Delivery process:

Our in-home delivery service will contact you within 48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery date and time that is convenient for you. At this time, please disclose any special requirements including parking, etc. Delivery will then be carried out to your address at the time and date agreed. Your furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice, unpacked, and packaging will be removed.

Important Disclaimers:

If you have already agreed to delivery date and time, but you are out when we arrive, we can reschedule a delivery for the next available date. There will be a charge for re-scheduled delivery.
If you entered your shipping address incorrectly or if it is incomplete in any way (missing apartment number, dorm number, room number, mailbox number, etc.), you will be responsible for all fees related to the re-routing of your order.
