STORE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - PART TIME

Located at Society Social Charlotte in Atherton Mill. Reports to Head Buyer and Assistant Buyer.

Job Description

  • You are the first point of contact with our customers and will bring our brand to life by creating relationships
  • You will enhance our customer's shopping experience, by providing excellent customer service, from helping them to customize their next piece of furniture, or choosing home decor to freshen up their space
  • You'll strive to create a seamless and frictionless customer experience and bring a collaborative, kind, and fun energy to the sales floor
  • You will offer information to the customer on our merchandise and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently
  • You will support the sales floor, check out and back of house processes including, but not limited to:- Unboxing, tagging and merchandising product on the sales floor- Maintaining an accurate inventory count and alerting the buying team when merchandise is running low
  • You will provide assistance with Instagram Stories, as needed

MERCHANDISE AND STORE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - FULL TIME

Located at Society Social Charlotte in Atherton Mill. Reports to Head Buyer and Assistant Buyer.

Job Description

Store Operations:

  • Assist with day to day store operations, in-store customer service, checkout customers
  • Assist with packaging & shipping material inventory 
  • Manage unboxing, tagging and merchandising product
  • Fulfill online gifts and accessories orders 

Buying:

  • Assist with buying and market attendance 
  • Assist with Inventory
  • Assist with sku creation
  • In-store and website merchandising
  • Vendor communication and relations

Customer Service:

  • Assist with online customer service responses
  • Order processing and management 

Marketing:

  • Assist with Instagram Stories and social media  
  • Assist with planning and working pop-ups, photoshoots, store events
  • Assist with marketing messaging and initiatives

Qualifications
