If a paint color is selected, your selection will be applied on top of the natural material using commercial grade finishing equipment. This piece is given 2 coats of VOC-free, non-toxic, exterior and furniture grade paint. As an environmentally friendly brand, we use a water-based finish, we do not finish this piece with a lacquer.

This item will arrive via White Glove Delivery service which includes unpacking, removal of debris, and placement in room of choice

The grasscloth used on this piece is a natural and handmade product. As with any natural material, variations in color, texture and weave are standard. These variations are inherent characteristics of the material and add beautiful character to this piece. Claims and damages will not be considered for the aforementioned.
Natural: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase 7 days after receipt of the order in its original packaging for the value of the merchandise. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, the full outbound shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee. A refund will be initiated upon the receipt of the merchandise as long as the item is still in new condition.
Color: Due to the custom nature of this piece, this product is final sale, it is not returnable and can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
