Celebrating the Heart of the Home with Julia Dzafic

Step inside a living room rooted in blue & white, family-friendly fabrics, laughter, and lots of love! If you've been following along with us for a while, you're likely already familiar with Julia Dzafic of Lemonstripes! We've had the pleasure of working with Julia over the years (2018 feature here!) and we were delighted when she selected a few of our best-selling styles for the living room in her new home. The goal for this space was "elevated, colorful and fun. But not fussy. A space that is both pretty to look at but easy to live in." We absolutely think Julia achieved this goal and we're ready to move right in which says a lot considering we've all been spending lots of time at home this year!

Scroll below for Julia's full living room reveal and to see how she's made Society Social her own!

For her sofas, Julia selected our Quinn Sofa 75" and our Quinn Sofa 88" in Performance Oxford Light Blue fabric with Performance Natural Linen Contrast Piping. And for her custom Stevie Swivels, Julia chose the print that never goes out of style -- the always classic blue & white Les Touches Blue fabric piped with Performance Oxford Light Blue.

 Favorite item to collect?
"I have been collecting ginger jars for years. I love that I can mix really old ones that belonged to my great grandmother with more modern ones that I find at local shops or even online."

One Decorating Tip:
"Elegance doesn't need to be fussy. Design for the aesthetic you love but don't settle for anything that won't work for your lifestyle. I have a big dog and an active toddler so everything in our home is easy to clean. Performance fabric all the way!"

And we couldn't agree more! At Society Social, we're firm believers in decorating for all the ones you love! Julia, thanks so much for including us in your home! We are over the moon happy to see how your living room turned out and how much you're enjoying it with your sweet family.
